Whale Baby Rattles

A little blue or pink whale with a wooden ring and rattle inside the body. It is an ideal toy for the little ones; makes sound when they shake it and great to feel with the different structures of wood and wool.

The finished result is 12 cm in height and 10 cm in width. The pattern is easy to crochet, you only have to know how to crochet the following stitches: chains, single- and double crochet stitches and slip stitches. Furthermore, the whale is made out of basic shapes like a sphere, and different triangles for the fins. An easy project for beginners. When you combine different colors you can make a colorful collection of whales.
